Makaveli mate I’m not writing Karius off after that 1 game, I’m writing him off after the numerous games he’s played where he’s looked like a deer in the headlights & his lack of domination in the box. IMO he is a terrible keeper, worse than Migs.

Alright so some are saying I’m wrong & we’ve struggled v these type of teams before. Yes we have struggled so no change there. However we have been unbeaten in 18 games or whatever it was & during those games we created top chances throughout, drawing some games due to our lack of finishing. That last game we created a few chances but nowhere near what we have been & certainly not as gilt edged chances as what we have been. That to me is because Couts was the player that unlocked these defenses with his superior vision & ability. We had 8 days between games so we weren’t tired. We were nowhere near as good as we have been.
Keep telling yourselves we will be fine without him all you like but his leaving has left a hole that big in our attack we will be committing football suicide if we don’t replace him this window.

It quite simple,Coutinho was the player that unlocked teams that sit back like this & now he’s gone we will revert back to huffing & puffing with 70odd % possession & nothing to show for it. Expect more results like this v relegation fodder & so called weaker teams. Klopp is off his head if he thinks we will be ok without replacing Couts.

Same thing happened on teamtalk Ed, he comes out with some really bizarre stuff. Many have tried to be civil to him but he just gets worse & worse. He truly loves LFC & I don’t think he’s a bad person he’s just a bit over the top for some. I’m happy to just skip past his posts so it doesn’t really bother me if he keeps posting. I don’t have to moderate his rants, which would no doubt be a time consuming pain in the proverbial so you just have to do what you have to mate.

Mav Australia won’t win a game IMO, we are a very average team that doesn’t even have a manager at the moment. Wont stop the blokes & sheila’s from having a shin dig & chuckin a couple of snags on the barbie with a few bevvies & a fag, maybe drop into the bakery on the way home for a maggot bag with some dead horse then going home for a kip & looking forward to the next game. Cheers Paxton/chucky for that assessment, interesting considering I’ve only seen you lot play a full game against us & that was pretty impressive. Wanyama & Aldo were the 2 names my mate mentioned you missed & he also said you lacked a bit in the middle in recent weeks. How long are these players out for?
I still think you’ll be there about for a top 4 finish but it’ll be 1 hell of a battle between you lot, chelsea the gooners & us.

I was talking to a mate today who’s a spurs tragic & still has family there with season tickets, he was saying he thinks spurs are a bit like our mob in that their 1st 11 is as good as anyone but they lack the depth in key areas. I don’t follow other teams that much but do you spurs supporters feel the same way. Who are you missing at the moment that would make a difference? When you gave our lot an arse whipping a few weeks ago I was mighty impressed but the wheels pretty much fell off after that (typical for Liverpool, we cop the best you can play).

Chel$ea & c$ty got the advantage of building their massive squads prior to these pointless FFP rules coming in so they had squads far bigger than anyone else. Now c$ty & manu are the big spenders & chel$ea are like the rest & cant just buy success. There is no denying money talks & the rich will continue to dominate.
A team like Leicester winning it will never happen again. I had a mate who doesn’t really follow football ask if i thought it was possible it was rigged so it didn’t just look like the rich clubs won all the time & to keep people interested in football. Who really knows but either way it won’t happen again.
Sorry Nil but LFC will not win the EPL for at least a decade IMO mate, don’t burst a blood vessel or take it too hard bud but that’s just the way it is. C$ty are streets ahead of everyone else & have the luxury of unlimited funds to stay there. Manu are the closest to them & also have the funds to stay there. The rest are fighting for the other 2 C/L positions & nothing more. Accept it mate & hope we can jag top 4. If not it’ll be 2 steps backwards yet again. It’s a vicious cycle but that’s the way it is.

Whilst you can only beat what’s in front of you we’ve had one of the easiest draws possible in the C/L yet it’s still coming down to the final game whether we even progress or not. We are a long way from the top teams & whilst I hope we get through we will get destroyed by the likes of Bayern, Real, Barca & co.

Nine unfortunately I think your right & we will see a c$ty domination for a few seasons to come. They already have the squad but when you consider the money behind them it’s hard to see them faltering.
Yeh Maverick, the depth they have is crazy, other clubs simply can’t compete with it.

I don’t give a rats ringer what the bookies or pundits say, I’m going off what I see week after week & that is c$ty have a far better squad than anyone else & are already effectively 3 games ahead of the rest.
There is still the holy grail of C/L positions to play for so plenty of reason to keep interested.

Nine there’s a lot saying “it’s too early to say c$ty will win it”, that to me says some still think they may not, which in turn means yes some still believe c$ty will be overtaken. All it takes is a couple of bad games blah blah blah, yeah it would also take others to go on an unbeaten run whilst c$ty drop points & it’s just not going to happen. Unlike Liverpool last season c$ty can bring in top quality players to cover injuries &/or bad form. I get c$ty fans being reserved & not wanting to sound smug & cocky but reality is they will win it with some to spare.

C$ty have double the for & against figures of all bar manu & Even they aren’t far off double. They get an injury in any position & bring in a player who is at least as good as most opposition 1st team players. They will not capitulate aka Liverpool last season & will win this in a canter. As I said before this is a 1 horse race & the only interest is the next 3 positions. You are kidding yourself if you think anyone will catch them let alone overtake them.

I think it’s pretty widely accepted this is a 1 horse race, c$ty are already a fair way ahead & have by far the best squad. I predicted very early on it would be between them & manu but there is daylight between them & the rest. The only interesting battle will be the other 3 C/L spots & what order.
