Although I said I was taking a sabbatical from this discussion until the end of the season I have been talking to someone at St Georgeโs Park today who said that the โvideo assistances refereeโ system that is currently being used is likely, following several Recent high level meetings being replaced for the start of next season, several options are being considered but the most likely one will be the โfilm and review critical eventsโ system…..Pagan

Pagan, IFAB are responsible for the laws of the game I would be surprised if the FA could/would declare UDI.
Also like it or loathe it VAR is a FIFA wide iniative and applies to football on a world wide basis both internationally and across all major Leagues.
But we’ll see “it’s a funny old game Saint!” ?
