Agree with that Nine. Jose has toppled greater Pep sides than this one so I don’t understand those who write him off so soon. He might be far away from Pep but he’s a lot closer than anyone else. Not only did Pep inherit a much better squad but he’s spent about £150million more than Jose in the same period.

Frankly, though, whenever Pep or Jose complain about spending it’s ridiculous. Jose is constantly moaning about City spending more and Pep’s not much better, with his refusing to name a full bench of subs because he doesn’t have enough players with the most expensively assembled squad in history! They both need to shut up and get on with their jobs

Always enjoyed watching Di Canio when he was on his game. I always felt Utd should have gone in for him towards his latter years to play that Cantona role.

Really impressive Nine. Would be great to see some of these lads come through. Even if they don’t, it’s still a great source of income for the club as it’s proved for Utd through the years. Looking forward to the PL North vs South decider on 5th May between our clubs. I think Utd will struggle to win that one if I’m honest.

Draw for Liverpool? Was anyone at the game? I wonder if that potentially lets Chelsea back into the mix. Klopp could either win the CL and be an Anfield hero forever or he could fail to do so and drop out of the top 4. Massive final few weeks for him and Liverpool

For me, it’d be in this order:

1.Kane
2.Neymar
3.Salah

I’d personally want to see Salah do it for another season before spending that kind of money on him. He’s by far in the best form of those three but for that kind of money, I’d question why his value has just shot up from what Liverpool paid to £250mil in a year.

Kane absolutely guarantees goals and is tried and tested over a number of years now in the PL. Neymar could be outstanding in the PL or he could fail big time. An element of risk involved with both my number 2 and 3 picks, although arguably, both COULD prove to be much bigger gains than what Kane would be IMO.

Hightown, a very small part of me wants a PL side to win the CL for the first time in a long time, and that would indeed mean wanting Liverpool to win the whole thing! However, I’d be lying if I said I’d be disappointed to see you fail in your pursuit of that number 6 ?

Don’t disagree with much of your list Chelsea man. Manager could easily go to Sean Dyche but Guardiola surely has to take it. For me, De Bruyne is definitely the better all around player but Salah’s season has been extraordinary and just edges it. Shout out for McTominay in the break out category, although he’s probably not done enough to take that title.

Now Poch has come out and said he might just play the youngsters in next season’s FA Cup. He just doesn’t have the trophy winning mentality, in my opinion, to manage a side in the hunt for multiple trophies. How can a side like Spurs not desperately want to win a cup, which often provides a great foundation for further success?
