Well you’ve already decided how you measure the size of clubs by defining Utd as not one of the big clubs Chucky, so keep using the same definitions you’ve been using so far. Who are the big clubs in the league? No worries at all that you don’t see Utd as one of them but I’m curious who make your list if Utd don’t.

Kane could genuinely go down as one of the best players to never win anything. The fact he disappeared in the CL final, the Euros final and has somehow gone to a side who always win something and will go the season empty handed is some achievement. It’d be good to see him get his hands on the Euros this summer but I can’t see it, sadly.

That’s fine, I’m really not fussed about what anybody thinks about the glorious Spuds.. I don’t feel the need to be loved or find out why every wouldn’t piss on us if we were on fire…. 🙂

Got nothing to do with size, Sweedy, it’s all about the arrogance of a club… and yours is the most arrogant of the lot… so I just love it when it all backfires…

I wish I could say the same about yours but, like everyone else, I’m just not fussed about Spurs. Not even Arsenal fans are fussed by Spurs. I’d much rather be a hated club than one who nobody cares about. Nobody hates an unsuccessful club do they?

Literally none, yet you so called North London local rivals would rather see Utd lose than your local rivals?! London rivalries are really shit, let’s face it 😂. You Southern football fans have really weird rivalries 😂. Cheering each other on hoping other teams don’t catch up? That must be a Southern thing, surely? You’d never, ever have Utd, Liverpool or City fans cheering each other on like that!

Paul, yeah I’d expect Ten Hag to be gone if he doesn’t get 4th or at least wins the FA Cup and shows significant progress. Agree about his post match stuff. He says some odd things at times.

Has to be Southgate or Gerrard in my opinion if not Alonso. Amorim would be interesting choice. I fancied him at Utd but it’s a if step up from the Portuguese league. Similar kind of pedigree to Ten Hag who found the transition difficult.

On Southgate to Utd, I was listening to a Utd pod on the Athletic this week and they were very much questioning the authenticity of those reports, which is usually a sign there’s nothing in them.

Some good games today. Good to have proper football back. No doubt I’ll be longing for the International break again after today’s games are finished 😁

I never get excited about the Euros or World Cup, but if I do watch them I prefer to watch the slightly smaller teams that play with more excitement. Japan, Croatia, Colombia etc.

Yeah I’m not sure I would if England weren’t in it either. International football used to be the pinnacle but it’s lost some glamour, for sure, with the rise of club football.

Yeah that’s it Sean. You accept it as long as the results are there. I think I have more patience with the style of football at International level just because it’s always knockout games almost. You just want to get through most of the time. To be honest, I don’t find many of the best International sides great to watch. France are pretty poor to watch under Deschamps. Argentina aren’t great either despite their WC win. Brazil aren’t all that. Spain I find incredibly boring.
