Lucky, you’re right we do have a few decent players ,but they are being stifled by negative tactics,a few games this season have been very good sadly the majority have nothing short of abysmal , the look on the players faces says it all WTF are we meant to be doing???

999, You have hit the nail on the head, Poch pleaded with Levy to spend as the team needed refreshing but he didn’t.Spurs were a couple of good players away from challenging for trophies , instead he sacked him as he will Jose, as that’s cheaper than investing in the quality needed. Spurs will never make the big time while Joe Lewis owns and Levy controls the club, we got close but that chapters gone.

999 & Steveo, The team he started should have been good enough but they weren’t interested in playing, then he had to bring the subs on, but took the wrong players off……. again. Jose didn’t want to concede but had no intentions of taking the game to them,he picked the team accordingly and he’s too stubborn to ever change.There are clear splits in the club dressing room , which Jose, created , which are now appearing on the pitch. If there was ever a game for Kane to think F.. this I’m off ,it was Thursday night.
A lot of people trashed Poch because he won nothing, but give me the team spirit he instilled , the flowing football & the brief flirt with glory anyday , rather than the man who didn’t speak to his players on the plane back to the UK .
Spurs don’t have the financial clout to ever win big trophies, so it’s always been about the football until now.
It’s make your mind up time Mr Levy , Kane, Son etc or Jose

Steveo, I was persuaded to watch the game as I no longer bother, people might think that wrong as a lifelong Spurs supporter, but I’m not alone. Whatever Jose says this is down to him, as soon as the teams were announced I starting getting messages from lads I’ve stood and sat next to at WHL for 59 years. “Why has he chosen to leave out his best players and expect a midfield duo of Winks and Disco to provide the chances for the forwards” was the message,” we are going out”, and lots of” WTF” every person connected to Spurs could see it apart from one ,our manager.
If going out of the Europa, finishing mid table and getting annihilated by City at Wembley is the price of getting Jose out of our club , it will be well worth it.

Congrats to the City lads on here, never in doubt and only one team in it.
I do believe we need a new keeper , Lloris of old may have stopped all 3 goals,Another defeat means a day closer to Jose getting the sack, come on Daniel swallow your pride and admit you f….d up hiring him.He still doesn’t know his best line up which is a joke,I’ll be amazed if we get a top ten finish, as for the Carabao Cup , it will be embarrassing, Jose out.

This F.. up is down to Levy alone, he has wanted Jose for years, only for him to go to Chelsea & United and we all know how that ended.He had no hesitation in sacking Poch as he knew Jose was on the dole and he finally got his man.
The Spurs lads I’ve known since the mid 1960’s fully “get ” Spurs place in the EPL, never going to win it, hope to win an occasional cup and still get an erection watching the CL semi against Ajax. We know we don’t have the pulling power to attract the best players on the market ,and yes we are extremely jealous of City, Liverpool, United , Chelsea’s transfer and wage budget and have lived for ages under Arsenal’s shadow until recently.
Spurs expectations are historically low, however the supporters have been placated by the way the team has played.
With our current manager even that is a distant memory, yes we are in the Carabao Cup final but has someone had a word with Lords to borrow their scoreboard.

Firstly, congrats to the Chelsea lads on here.I can only go on what my wife & daughter told me but they reckons Spurs were less than f …… useless, 3 losses on the trot, first time since 2012, how much longer can Levy stick with a manager the players don’t want and won’t play for.

Hi 9, My thoughts on Jose are very simple ,I don’t want him at Spurs the sooner he goes the better, today would be good . When you have a decent attack you don’t play 1-7-3 vs anyone but he does, and here’s his results :
Newcastle dropped two points from leading, West Ham dropped 2 points from leading,Crystal Palace dropped 2 points from leading,Wolves dropped 2 points from leading,Fulham dropped 2 points from leading.
I can see the problem, it doesn’t feckin work ,that’s 10 points dropped from winning positions.
He has never played our best X1 as he’s too frightened , I don’t mind losing a game if we have our best possible team on the pitch and get outplayed, but his team for last night had me asking one question, can I have his dealers number ???

Hi Sean, I was lucky enough to see GH play many, many times and never grew tired of watching him, he was never really appreciated by England managers and only got just over 50 caps, as he didn’t work hard enough !!!

27, A question, would Frank have still got the sack if he’d only spent £25m and not £200m+ ???? It’s almost like the money spent is way more important than the club’s results, afterall Chelsea are only 5 points behind 4th place

I caught the Leicester- Chelsea game last night and had to admire the way Leicester play, they are well and truly in the title race . Frank needs an old head at his side, he’s got the players ,but maybe not the managerial nous yet, that will come with experience, I hope he’s given the time .

27, I was talking to a lifelong Chelsea supporter over the New Year, and he suggested Frank should make a call to Glenn Hoddle , he’s been a manager of club and country and only left that job because he expressed his beliefs rightly or wrongly.
What’s your thoughts on someone like him alongside Frank as like a lot on here I feel he needs at least a season maybe two to get the new players at their best?

When will footballers get it into their heads that we are in the middle of a fu….. Pandemic ??? Would it finally hit home if they had lost close friends like myself and other lads on here ???
Really pissed about three 3 idiots from Spurs partying together , I hope somebody at Spurs has the balls to fine them 3 months wages and donate it to the NHS.
Young people who consider themselves invincible or don’t give a toss, need to start putting their lives before a party, as the latest strain is hitting teens to early 20’s the hardest, and it’s only a matter of time before this age group starts pushing up the death toll ……………..
