Yeah reports are saying Klopp is now Real’s first choice. Can’t see that happening either though to be honest. I don’t think Klopp is suited to a club like Real.

I’d like to see him back in the PL but not with us at the prices quoted. He apparently earns £600k a week which even dwarfs Sanchez’s £350k a week! You can get 6 Harry Kanes for that

To be fair to Bale, if he just wanted to increase his bank account, he’d stay at Real where his wage is more than he’d get anywhere else. I just can’t see anyone being prepared to pay the ridiculous fees being quoted for him with his injury record. I hope we stay well away and BBC were reporting yesterday that a return to Spurs is out of the question so that leaves him few options unless he’s prepared to reduce his salary.

Nil, please bear the above in mind. It really does get tiresome to have thread after thread after thread about the same topic. A lot of the threads you posted on Saturday night would have sufficed as posts on the CL final match thread.
I shouldn’t have to get up on a Sunday morning and have to wade through the previous night’s expletive-laden threads deleting all the nonsense.
As long as you take notice of the above, I’m happy for you to continue posting.

It’s crazy Nine how poor Real have looked at times this season yet it just seems so routine for them in this competition when it really matters. It’s funny because I’m still not convinced about Zidane as a manager but you can’t argue with his record in this competition.
Commiserations Liverpool fans on here. Another loss in a final for Klopp and I’d really start to wonder now if he just lacks that killer instinct which the elite managers possess. That ability to get over the line more often than not, when it really matters. He’s done a superb job to get to all those finals but at what point do you start asking questions?

Doesn’t look like it Sean. Looks like nobody expected Chelsea to have such a disappointing season defending their title either after looking so good last season. Both Arsenal and Chelsea had quite poor seasons by their usual standards.
