Probably the right time to quit and the club may benefit from a change and different direction.

There is baggage no doubt with certain players not knowing whether they will stay or go; plus upholding your status against your rival clubs and delivering continuity of success.

Either one of Conte or Wenger would be a good fit for the club in my view.
