Agree with you all about Zirkzee, he is a 10 (whatever the fuck that means), he is slow, hes technically good with a good passing range, he’s not particularly physically weak, it’s more his slowness, but he is mentally weak. Looks a nice lad but we need some unpleasant lads. He has to go.

We have always been the club who got suckered so i am not in the least bit surprised with the way the Zikzee deal has turned out because when they had the chance to properly get rid of him they didn’t and chose to held onto him just as they have done for mount and Amad; both of whom they will struggle to get rid of next season.

That’s the wrong mentality Happy. If there is someone on the market that is a top talent and would make a big difference to the team then we need to get them regardless. The Rashford games can wait. Worst case let him go on a free and someone else will cover his wages. Fucking madness what is going on at the club this window. Crazier still that it is not an FFP issue but pure cashflow. If it’s related to future debt around the new stadium then they need to come and say so. They can stick the new stadium up their fucking hoop and focus on getting a winning team on the pitch instead.

There’s not a hope in hell we could compete for Barcola. He’ll command a fee of over 120m I suspect which rules us out, but you know what, the scousers seem to be a much bigger pull than us. Time was that everyone wanted to come to United. Now they want to go to City, the scousers or a big London club. Anyway, PSG will go straight out and spend the Barcola money on Akliouche with plenty of change.

We haven’t been a top club in the last decade regardless of the fan base. Even right now there’s no clear plan for the recruitment, on-field play etc.. the whole club structure needed to be gutted up and rebuilt as the Qataris had offered but Ineos gave the Glazers a way out.
