I often wonder if players stick to tactics or even understand it, I feel most players just pretend to acknowledge coaches tactics and go onto the field and do their thing. They probably do try to stick to their alloted formation and that’s as far as they go.

The Chelsea players off to Saudi Arabia league are all basically for peanuts, players that didn’t do well in the EPL. The best and most expensive players will be sold to other EPL clubs or to Spain, Italy, Germany, France.

Must of these new owners are top business guys and whether some of them come across as shady they obviously intelligent people business wise more than all of us anyway and appear to know what they doing as far as finances are concerned. The reality is the big clubs don’t need protection from financial rules, it’s just all about fixed control from authority so those top 6, 7 or 8 clubs stop their domination, basically we becoming or already are in a socialist environment. And it grows on from that point in time.

No, Rice is obviously a good all round player but never worth that amount of money, yes he can make a difference for a team but not really a huge difference.

I don’t know why United want Mount, he has his good runs but with very little creativity and longer bad runs. Imo his not worth more than 40m. When I first heard of him while on loan and all I mistakenly believed he was a special talent.

Mikus that’s the one thing I don’t like about Pep, he makes his substitutes too late. However if you look at their bench I do think there’s quite a big difference in depth compared to the starting 11 barring about 2 or 3 top players on the bench.

As we only most of the time watch Scottish teams playing against each other one can’t really tell how strong or weak that league is, but as Celtic seem to be winning everything most of the time it’s probably not that strong. Maybe Championship standard or possibly lower with Celtic the exception. However he seems like a good go. As always I hope Spurs do well but not too well. A lot depends on Levy and co. If they going to give him what he wants.

Mourinho is a disgrace, he always behaved in this manner when he loses with every team his managed. Behind his initial so called put on fake charm he is in reality a dark figure who cares primarily about himself only. On another issue while he may not have much wrong in this particular how in Heavens name did Anthony Taylor get elevated to such a high status, his one of the worst refs I have seen in EPL history, it’s very strange, weird, even now there are many far better refs than him in England.
