I’m glad we through but I’m not so easily impressed, I guess when you are used to below average performances one is easily impressed with a real average showing. If we draw Portugal we can get through but I doubt if we can compete with France or Germany or Italy and Holland should we beat the fishermen.

I still do not get it with Kane, he is well off the pace and lacks sharpness, hence, no goals. Time to rest him. I am sure he will get a rhythm back but we cannot afford another 3 games until he finds it. Saka wa excellent infirst half, marked a little tighter in the second. The smallest players onthe pitch caused the biggest havoc!!

We had more energy and drive about us with Saka. The flow was better, we were passing the ball with more confidence and above all, we were more enjoyable to watch.
