Smith Rowe is very good and the biggest surprise for me as I’d not heard much before he burst on the scene …. and that was due to injury rather then deliberately

Love Tierney and saka too
Would love to see martinelli given more time but maybe he is being protected

Happy with odegard and surprised
Very tidy and settled quick
Means we won’t get him now! Hope we do and cabellos can go not good enough for me

Ed I’m not going to lie even tho I know I could get away with it! I’m sure I heard we were playing your United next weekend but it may be that I fell for the same mistake 🤣

The most frustrating thing for me is for a good part of the season we have played well but we keep gifting goals and dropping points

We should be top 4 contenders but I think it’s to late for us now

United doing just enough where everyone else bar city aren’t!!

Good weekend for us
When I saw the line up I thought we would lose and lose bad, pleasant surprise! Leicester were off tho in fairness and we still make such awful costly mistakes

Are we beginning to see the real Bale force? Could make the run in even more interesting

Fortunately missed the Chelsea game
Seems to me all new managers focus on defensive things it’s logical

Arteta did the same takes time to trust and sort teams and ideas and for all to understand each other sometimes it’s a quick process sometimes not but if you don’t concede you don’t lose ask city!!

Special mention to nil I’m always the first to call him out but it’s clear he is trying real hard to be more level about these things and it’s not always easy

Good few clubs in our position, it’s not just finding the right manager it’s having the right set up as a club and a real genuine plan

No idea on Arsenal I swing from being fully behind Arteta to thinking it’s to much to soon

As a club and like many others I don’t get our transfer strategy at all or who is really making the calls

William should never have been bought and Arteta shouldn’t play him let alone as often as he does

Our transfers are all over the place so I’m just not sure what the plan is if there is one and if it’s Artetas if I fully trust it!

But it’s just football
I’d love another glory period but won’t happen for a good while

The games changed and so has my over all thoughts of the game and footy

Which is more relaxing at least 😁

HH that’s the real issue for most
It’s the social aspect before during and after matches and not just about the match or footy but you get to vent and share woes and get drunk together
It’s those things that help us cope the tough times
Watching your team perform badly just gives no relief and adds to those feelings
It’s so rough for so many
Seems we have way forwards and dates now so hopefully your business can hold on and you get back soon mate
