Hmmm strange one this, isn’t there an issue with the fact our reds are inept and miss orrrrr allow option into games. One tackle is yellow (amber) the next is play on. I’ve been to countless games where shit refs get it soooo wringvits frighgening. We have all been there, the opposition have made 4 or 5 boarderline fouls but no card then your player makes s foul, WHACK yellow straight away. Our refs are really poor, hence none in World Cup!!

And we all sit there and say why don’t they explain their crazy decisions, they are untouchable!! Now we want them unapproachable as well? Really? Jeez that would make it even worst surely

Lol comparing Salah to Messi is laughable, sorry guys. Once Salah has had say 3 or 4 seasons like this then maybe he can be classed as “up there” but right now after nearly 1 season is crazy.

I was staggered by how poor Chelsea were today. I get that it’s dufficult to pin City down and get hold of the ball for any significant time BUT walking around and standing still while a team plays around you at the very top of the premier league is scandalous. Those poor fans, all that way for that. Jeeeeeez.

Interesting post, gotta say, I know our red friends won’t like this but I find Maureen the single most ignorant despicable vile little man in this entire league. He’s deluded, 1 week it’s a dig at clubs paying over the odds for players and artificially inflating the market, the next he’s doing it!! Surely he’s single handedly responsible for the UK market valuations going mental? Pogpoo 130 mill Lukakpoo 90 mill both worth half or less than those values. Let me ask this, how would you be feeling if VAR would have gone in favour of WBA last night and it cost Pool the game?

I’ve not been at a game yet with VAR but I’m kinda not looking forward to my first game although we have had some absolutely ridiculous decisions go against us that VAR would easily have reversed

I won’t lie, I didn’t like VAR last night. Normally it would have been 3-1 and no pen but VAR changed that. What I find really wrong is this, let’s say pen was scored and Pool went on to win 3-2 with 2 VAR decisions going in there favour. Role forward 1 day, no VAR at say Cardiff v City and let’s say 2 decisions go in favour of Cardiff with no VAR but replays show wrong decisions!! I’m struggling to understand why it’s in one game and not the other, that’s not right, or is it just me??

On Pool, I’m struggling to understand what’s going on. Shame City had that crazy 9 minutes or we would have won at Anfield.

I agree with last poster VVD looks a step or 2 below what he should be playing at. City changed 4 out of the starting 5 at the back because it wasn’t right. Pool may have to do the same to improve to be true contenders.

It’s like 2 threads in one this. Sorry I’ve not been posting for last week or so been away with work.

On the title debate, think a few are getting carried away with last Sunday, Sky for one….. think we will win our next 3 league games reasonably easily and see where the rest are after that.

On the posters debate think we have all seen some real tools on the years, I posted on TT for over 10 years but never had any good chat or solid debate with fans from other clubs.

Wow interesting NB, truly believe we can beat City convincingly and comprehensively

Think the games where Pep has rested various players has got into some people’s heads. We were open on the left in the last gsme with Mendy bombing forward so those gaps should be less frequent. Can’t remember last game we played truly with our first 11 but Sunday they will all be on the pitch so will be interesting.

My guess is 1-2 City, think we will play very well and shock pool by controlling the game and frustrating them. Hopefully Milner sent off as well, sorry can’t stand the little shit.

A few years back I was sat at home on a Friday night when Ladbrokes popped up on my phone saying if I didn’t use the £14.70 in my account by tomorrow it would expire. Didn’t even know I had a Ladbrokes account lol

I somehow got logged in and put it on City to win 7-0 at 75-1 from memory. It was city v Norwich the next day. As we all know City won 7-0 won over a grand, couldn’t believe it.
