Mav – my point is that the shots he faced wasn’t heading for the corners, maybe other than Ox’s 25 yard drive. He didn’t face any 1v1s either. All the shots he faced was nearer towards him than the corners of the goal.

Oblak is definitely a world class keeper – but i don’t get why people are saying he had an amazing game.

Can anyone tell me of a world class save he had to make? All his saves were comfortable.

CMan – there is nobody like Hazard available other than Sancho and he isn’t yet as good as Hazard was for us. I’m looking at realistic targets. Coutinho will go for sub £100m. As i said, anything up to £60m is good for Coutinho. He’s value has gone down. Maybe £70m max.

He passed the ball 3 yards, big deal. His ball for Peds is more like an assist i would mention.

Chelseaman we want to compete with the big boys and i dont believe Barkley is at that level. Hes already shown how bad he has been. Just you watch ovee the next few games how bad he will be. As 9 said, he will lose the ball cheaply and disrupt our flow.

We have a healthy pool of CMs in Kov, Kante Jorg Mount and now Gilmour. I would sell Jorg and Barks and go after Coutinho but only for a maximum of £60m

CM – the assist against spurs is very misleading – he past the ball across and Alonso did all the work. He lost the ball countless times against Spurs.

Barkley is consistent – at being crap.

I really hope he is moved on in summer and we get a better player. He is not Chelsea worthy.

Good win on Sunday, finally we managed to put a team to the sword and keep a clean sheet! Everton did help us because they were so poor.

Barkley is not good enough for Chelsea, he should definitely go! Pedro and WIllian seem to be heading out for free as well. Sell Batshuayi and extend Giroud’s contract so that we have him, Tammy and a new striker (Werner?). Also sell Christensen and get a better defender. Alternative to Koulibaly is Skriniar from Inter.

Don’t forget out aspirations is to compete and beat Bayern Munich not beat an average performing Everton.

We need a few better players – fact.

999 4th place will be a battle but they don’t have Rashford.

We have Pulisic coming back along with RLC and CHO. As long as we have our full squad back sooner rather than later, we will pip Utd to 4th. Can’t see Utd getting a win at Everton this weekend. If we can increase that gap to 5 or 6 pts to them this weekend, thats another game ticked off and we start counting down the games left to play.

The gulf in class was there to see. The biggest issue we had was that we had no pace to really hit Bayern with. They pressed up so high, knowing that we had no pace up front.

Lampard was kind of forced to play 3-4-3 and run the risk of our 2 man midfield getting over run by Bayerns midfield 3 because of the Kante injury.

We were never going to win the CL with this group and we will be heading out to a decent Bayern team. We had some good chances and got in to great positions. The positive is that all our younger players got a taste of high quality football.

Let’s continue the good work in the league and secure 4th spot so that when we play in the CL next season, we will be there challenging rather than just a number.

Harsh result last night. Frustrating from players to ref/VAR BUT we are 4th still, if you would have said we’d have been 4th by 1 pt at this stage before the season kicked off, every one of us Chelsea fans would have taken that. This season was pretty much a write off, but it’s not, we are ahead of the curve, have some fantastic youngsters and have added a quality player for next season in Ziyech.

To top that off, Spurs have unfortunately for them lost Kane and now Son to injury, City are banned in Europe, i reckon it may get halved at best to 1 season.

We have RLC and Pulisic coming back from injury, ok we may lose Kante for a couple of games, but it means a more attack minded midfielder in Mount playing.

All is not lost at all lads, we should not be where we are considering we haven’t signed a new player and lost the best player in the league!

When Giroud has played, we hardly put crosses in the box. I was scratching my head with this. We need to play James and Alonso when Giroud plays as they can put in great crosses, especially James.

I agree with 442, We can do better than Jorginho and put Kante back in a holding role, allowing for a more creative player to fill in. Having RLC back will be a big boost.

Yeah CHO has been average at best. Hopefully he keeps improving with the game time he is getting. Plus if he doesn’t improve, then it not because he hasn’t had the chances.

As 9 said, getting RLC back will be like a new signing and adding more physicality and goal threat from midfield.
