Penalty or not I don’t think City were strong enough defensively today to take Liverpool on at Anfield in a game as crucial as this in a PL title race.

Not to go too deep into this, but just had my Brother shown me texts off a WhatsApp Group with Barbs from a close Relative, this that and the other and “City Will Win”.

Jeez…I go to a match and come back expecting to read some good stuff on the match thread, and all I read is Adlab being one of the sorest losers ever and Mak falling for it.
Fucks sake, lads…it was a cracking game won fair and square by the better team. Fab, Gini, Hendo and dare I say it, Lovren were all outstanding for us, and Sterling was a constant threat for City. By far his best game for City at Anfield. But City fans should be looking at their defence, all along the line for why they lost today. Should gone for Virgil when he was available, eh?
But it ain’t over and you won’t find many Liverpool fans saying it is, but it’s fair to say I’d rather be where we are than any other team.

For me Liverpool won the game because they have worked out the City weakness, and the absence of the City defenders hasn’t helped them. Liverpool took their chances, and that is what wins you games, while City tried to play passing game. and tha Fabinho goal was a cracker. Aguero was poor today, the only bright spark was Sterling and Benardo. credit goes to Klopp he set a trap for them and they have fallen in to straight.
