999, more people get banned for speeding as it’s socially acceptable, Drongo Driving is not acceptable so only a select few idiots do it.
Cheating in sport has to carry that stigma, a two match ban compared to 3 point in a relegation battle is a price worth paying if there’s no embarrassment or shame in doing it

The only problem is the consistency here. If the retrospective bans are consistent. Then here will always be common agreement that divin has to be eradicated from football. Expect more clubs to feel hard done.

Jim, I think they have to go for a majority decision on diving all this “all three of the panel have to agree” let Gray off even though he was charged with diving v City.

These so called panels aren’t actually helping out really because they are not capturing all fouls or dives. If they blanket banned all diving for say 2 months no matter what, it would very much reduce but while it’s an option of 3 people who sometimes don’t agree that leaves the possibility of “getting away with it”
Kane’s foul = red card
Deles foul = red card
Gray dive = 2 game ban
Obviously there are lots more guys but they just need to be a lot sterner and it will decline.Here’s one, anyone ever noticed the little twat herrarer at Utd? Now there is one diving cheating little git. Every game he plays he dives and try’s to get the opposition player booked, horrible horrible little twat that player. Take the derby, tackle by walker, he jumped up in the air, I mean directly up!! That’s not even possible ffs. That’s cheating isn’t it?

Goat, you are right but the issue isnt with just one club. Gundog dived vs Leicester and rightly got carded for it. Every club has divers. The issue is consistency in dealing with it. The message the FAs diving panel are giving out by letting some players off and not even charging others for clear simulation isn’t helping the problem at all. Why do all three have to agree why not just a majority of 2 on the panel. 1 person doesn’t think it’s a dive and the player gets away with it despite the majority believing it is a dive?? Doesn’t make sense.

All the years were Aguero has stayed on his feet and been clearly fouled for pens but he is honest and doesn’t cheat where others aren’t and cheat but they gets rewards and he doesn’t, amazing
It’s slmost as bad as the rule that when you get treatment you HAVE to go off but the player that fouled you can stay on, talk about double punishment, now that’s a kin stupid ruling
