Leicester are the only side capable of breaking into the established top6. Wolves will suffer from being in The Europa League, Everton are in a mess and could be changing managers soon. Villa simply aren’t good enough and will be happy to stay up. Chelsea will finish top4 with Arsenal & Leicester fighting it out for 4th. 5th down to 8th who knows, sides with larger squads last the pace as they are more likely to cope with injuries. Burnley & Bournemouth will be the surprise packages if there are any

Spurs look to me as if they’ve given up, Chelsea67 I think you are right, the thrashing against Bayern has destroyed them. They can’t defend, their midfield seems disorganised and Kane seems out of sorts. My side Arsenal find themselves 3rd with out having played consistently well even during a 90min game. We’ve ridden our luck in every match. Chelsea look a shoe in for a top4 finish.

I think Pep wants to win the Champions League with City. I think that is this seasons priority. Liverpool & City probably are the two best teams in Europe and seeing Liverpool win it last season will have irked him. Winning domestic leagues is no longer a challenge to Pep which is why I don’t see him going to PSG or Juve. If he does move in from City I’m not sure where he will go. Either way I don’t see Poch going to either if the Manchester clubs.

Nothing performance really but enough to see off Bournemouth. Chambers played well and everyone apart from Xhaka and Pepe had sound games, those two weren’t exactly poor but they didn’t do a great deal, then again Xhaka never does. Pepe needs to improve otherwise he will lose his place.

I don’t want to see Xhaka in the starting eleven. Guendouzi, Ceballos and Torreira with Abameyang and Martinelli up front. Pepe on the bench. I would also like to see Bellerin and Tierney start.

I think the Editor is right, Ole has gone from a Messiah to a MessUpa. He is indeed dead man walking and will be gone by Christmas with possibly Allegri taking over with an immediate transfer window. Whatever happens I’ll be impressed if they finish top half never mind top4. It’s a race between then and the Spuds to see who can finish the lowest.

Liverpool have to drop points eventually and the chances are it will be in a drawn game as accumulation of matches takes their toll. I hope Liverpool win as we could move up to 3rd. Then again we have to beat Bournemouth and that won’t be easy.

VAR is fine, the way humans interpret it leaves a lot to be desired. What worries me is officials now know they have a get out of jail card when they mess up. Can’t see Harry Maguire standing in front of you playing Abameyang onside by 3 yards so you put your flag up because it’s at Old Trafford. VAR corrected the error and the correct decision is given
