What can I say, best season for a while… like a puppy with two tails!
Another stern test for Angie-ball, against another free-flowing attacking team who have small question marks against their defence… will the home crowd be that 12th man and get us over the line? I’m sure all the pundits will have the Micky Mousers as favourites but I’m sticking with my “both teams are likely to score” and it will come down to whoever scores the most on the day!
No other mouth-watering matches, although their is the West London derby and I reckon Fulham fancy their chances their, certainly wouldn’t have the Jammy Todgers as clear favourites for sure!

My fear is the pathways that will likely be exposed by kulusevski and Son driven by pace, press and crosses or balls over the top. Alisson’s reaction last weekend epitomized our defenders being caught out. Experienced yes, but Van Dijk isn’t the same.
The upside is Zobo and Mac Allister have been duck to water and a wonderful duo. Can they stay injury free? We’re blessed as we’ve been scoring.
Could well be heart palpitations on Sat and a 4-3 or a 3-2. I’d take a draw. Tottehnham and Brighton will be Liverpool’s toughest tests away from home at the start of the season.

Not long to go now… still have no idea about this could pan out… could be 6-0 to either side… or 3-2 either way… or 4-4… I think both teams would probably take a draw now and keep their unbeaten records… which would suit ADSC to a tee…

Absolutely typical of the league that Brighton can go and beat Utd 3-1 at Old Trafford, then lose 6-1 at Villa. Is this just a case of the highs and lows of the modern pressing game of when it works, it’s great, but when it doesn’t it’s awful? Even Klopp has been on the end of a hiding at Villa.
The reason why Pep rules supreme is because he’s one of the most balanced managers in the league offensively *and* defensively.
