Lads like I said I can’t see anything wrong with the Liverpool players saying what they said if they didn’t have that objective there would be something wrong.
But let’s not dig into Adlab too hard City posters are dwindling on here and we don’t want to lose anymore it’s already very Liverpool biased on here in terms of posters and we need a multi club site for the site to be at its best.

agree 999 one of the best things about this place compare to TT is the fact there are no silly arguments or running battles, few posters would be ace though…we need more Arsenal!

The thing I like about this site is you don’t have others lecturing to you if you have a different view, unlike TT where the likes of ginger & a couple of similar ilk belittle anyone that has a different view, they are always right & if you don’t agree your wrong. They love thinking they are some smart & berate others from behind a keyboard knowing full well they will never have to face those they berate. That’s why I don’t go on there, there’s some good posters there but the knobs were overrunning it.
As for Adlab 9 I’m just saying it how it is, chopping LFC because the players say they want to win the EPL, no “macho” stuff there like he tried to make out. Conveniently he forgets those c$ty grubs singing on the plane. I think Sean’s right & he hates it & is bitter that Liverpool won the C/L.
Anyhow lads enjoy the summer & we’ll catch up in a month or so.

Nine, agreed man, that’s as far as I go with it. The lads are dead right, that he is bitter about it (of course) but I’m sure it’ll be short lived. I certainly have no intentions of making anything else of it, I just had to address it is all.
Adlab, you’ve won 3 trophies this season, you can’t have them all 😛
Brickslayer, sorry to hear you have medical problems man. Hope it’ll ease up on you as much as possible , of course. You and pretty much all Spurs fans that I’ve encountered since around and after the final, have been pure class. Your manager is someone that your club will have to match in terms of ambition/quality this summer. If they do, you’ve a serious chance of silverware next season. I really hope we don’t see him go to Utd, get backed and win them titles.

TBA, commiserations mate and sorry to hear you’re not doing well. Spurs showed massive character to get as far as they did. Everyone on here knows I’ve been a bit of a Poch critic but he’s done a great job of reaching that final and Spurs could have more nights like this one if they can hang onto him.
Beni, great post. It literally couldn’t be a worse season for Utd fans with City winning the domestic treble and Liverpool the CL but stories like that remind us all what football is about. It’s about those memories. I don’t see my parents much now with us living in different countries but I sat in the pub over here with my old man watching England knock Colombia out of the WC last year and that memory will be with me forever, so I can only imagine the joy you went through.

Great story, Beni. Bit similar for me as I got to watch the game with my kids. Every other final over the years I’ve been at the game so never got to see any finals with them. On Saturday night we went out in to Liverpool and stayed for the parade on Sunday, and it was just wonderful to share the moment with them. My daughter was in tears at the final whistle and it was an evening we’ll just never forget.
Still haven’t got back down to earth and I’m just so proud of the team, the fans and above all, the manager. So glad we’ve come out of this season with some silverware. It would have been heartbreaking to miss out after the season we had. Crap game, but frankly don’t care. 6 times feels very special.

Winning the CL definitely took the sting out of missing out on the PL.
I will say though that my match experience was really poor. Hours in the mooring rain, watching a very big screen but it had no colour red , which doesn’t sound like a big deal but it kinda was TBH.
I wish I just watched it at home. I wouldn’t have been constantly wiping rain water off my glasses, watching an almost black shirted Liverpool !! Ha. But the atmosphere was really good. There was no trouble.
