CM What information do you have that “City broke the rules” Please share it. City say they haven’t broken rules.
Of course Liverpool have been cheated. Or just not as good with a manager who can’t change tactics. Maybe that’s a possibility.
Incidentally you might be interested in one thing. Through my accountancy contacts, part of the evidence that City are showing is that there are a number of other teams that “broke the rules”. I don’t know which but they are being investigated too. Hence it would be baf for the EPL product. A guy I know who deals with commercial cases including sports cases and is in specialist Chambers reckons a deal will be done on lack of cooperation with a limited fine.
Most of the charges are perceived lack of cooperation
