Really can’t see Van Nistelrooy next season leading the Foxes. Lol makes me wonder if he’ll raise his game against us!

It’s weird or it certainly feels weird and more weird Chucks lol. I think at times, we’re like a mid-table table. Maybe I need to replay our season from August. It’s hard to believe our second league defeat came after 27 matches and we lost to Forest on our 4th game, 14th September!

Yes, your boys have conceded 45 goals in the process. The Top 3 in the Championship currently sit on 84, 83, 82 respectively. That’s how a Title Race really should look like. Leeds though look like they’re going to squander auto promotion.

Another talking point is that our 3 teams sat in the bottom really are poor standard and effectively have been default to occupy those places.

A Team in Man United sit on 38 points. I don’t think even in the 80s, they were this bad!

Well, De Bruyne leaving end of season. Never really saw the point other than sentiment of Gundogen returning. It’s no surprise Pep is in need of a rebuild, but also it’s worth appreciating and reminding ourselves, for years, they have been Granite.

Juric not surprisingly leaves Southampton. Worse points tally I think since Derby when they were in the Top flight.

Just gotta keep going. Good place to be ala the Quarters so think of the possibilities of Semis, and there on, the finals. Hopefully, players can stay fit. I think Ange just needs to try and keep a lid of himself haha when it comes to the Interviews.

Weird week of results as if it was the finale and they were heading for the Beach. Still 7 games. I’m thinking too an extra place in Europe so a financial incentive if anything to strive and fight for points.

There’s a general consensus of teams not delivering as you would expect because of players’ performances dropping off.

Maybe it’s the playing style and the ‘kilometres’ covered that leaves empty tanks as they reach 30/31 games. Was it because of the International Breaks?

Just weird how rapid the quality of teams as we would believe them to be haven’t lived up their own standards.

I was kinda chuckling away (just to soften the blow! :-D) from the mistake Curtis Jones made that led to Fulham’s equalizer. Mindboggling to say the least. Never mind the point of Professionals, but even if you’ve there is a positional change to adjust to, surely the very basics would come second-nature like controlling the ball and anticipating the risk of danger.

Mickey-Mouse and Pluto defending. Feel for Kelleher and he’s not to blame at all. These players need to take their hands out of their pockets and remind themselves of the attitude that they need to adopt even when they are 11 points clear.

I’ve been able to enjoy and appreciate other teams and have to obviously be grateful in abundance if anything that Liverpool are near enough the line to complete their dream. I guess taking this from another angle in between the international breaks, the vibe for us hasn’t been incredibly great. Even the Everton win wasn’t that brilliant with the shenanigans of Refereeing etc. Today was just a tale of 2 halves and our complacency came out of the closet.

Just not seeing those performances, scorelines and results delivered largely. Maybe we have been spoiled and the engine out of some players has been taken out and they’re ready for the Beach.

Hopefully, different vibes next weekend and the weekend after, and the weekend after that 🙂

Ed, also, been having this niggling thought and your point about the standard of the league being not as good I’m inclined to agree. Perhaps I’m doing a disservice to the Teams that deserve the credit like the Mid-table ones but I’m thinking what was up with us today to lose to Fulham the way we did.

I didn’t expect Arsenal also to drop points the way they did, nor Chelsea. City really have taken a dive this season, so from that point of view, the quality of the Top Teams forming the league haven’t been to the standards we’ve seen previously.

Ed, don’t know if you’re aware mate, but the protests I believe are about the fans presumably ST Holders being reallocated from their assigned Seating Areas. It’s caused an upset in nature and it’s also the way it’s been communicated and those formed in groups like a family for example are separated (led to believe).

It’s the whole approach, communication and the decision from those higher up that have created this unsettlement.

Teams are giving the impression they’re down to the final 2 matches rather than “We have 7 to play, let’s fight for every point and give our supporters something to be proud of at the very least!”

Apart from that early Garnacho moment, what a dull uninteresting first half. Both teams thinking the season’s already finished.

Well Played #Fulham No complaints. They deserved their victory. We #LFC at fault in the first half. Better second half, but we didn’t have enough to turn it around. Nothing is won as this game and result reminds us.

No penalty for me, just seen it. Harrison takes a bit of a tumble, but that’s not really a foul. If anything, there’s more on Trossard at the other end by no other than our friend Tarkowski.

There is a point Chucks because you’re still fighting in Europe. So the team needs to be focused and apply themselves on the pitch positively. I’m definitely not taking the Spurs visit to Anfield lightly. PL once again this week surprised us with unexpected results re Ipswich and Southampton (expect Palace to win that one).

Anyway, starting to believe about Rashford being a good fit for Villa; maybe a finale of triumph for them somewhere there.

Marmoush you would think at Old Trafford, but you don’t know which United will turn up and my instinct tells me, they’ll be really up for this.

I feel a bit of a revival coming from Ipswich, but have they left it a little late?

I think Saka will be on the Scoresheet this Saturday lunch time. We’ll see an entire different Everton hahaha 😀
