If Messi leaves there could be a massive legal battle if he tries to leave on a free transfer and who would pay £250m upwards for him on a negotiated exit if the free transfer doesn’t work legally.
If Messi leaves he will want to go to a Club that gives him the best chance of winning the CL both PSG and City fit that profile.

In fact, getting Messi is arguably bigger than winning the CL for both of those clubs. Winning the CL for their owners is all about broadening the fan base and appeal. Signing Messi is arguably quicker and cheaper than what it would need to buy a squad win the CL. One of them will find a way to make it work

Nike…With his wealth intact. I would not go any where near Liverpool or Manchester, City may save him for 3/4 sunny days when we see sunshine though!!!!! London is no longer London so who would want to go there, weather or no weather. He will probably finish at Preston North End, close to the sea and lakes and wonderful Trough of Bowland where he can use his mountain bike with 500hp built in and 56 gears!!!
