Adlab, the yellow ribbon is being worn by Pep until political prisoners are released in Spain, so it is political, he has said that already. As you probably know it’s about Catalonia wanting independence from Spain, a bit like the troubles in Ireland.
It isn’t related to the yellow ribbons from America where they were removed from where they were tied when soldiers returned from war.

Just saying where do you draw the line. Cant wear the ribbon on the bench but can wear it, they say, during interviews before and after the game.

Completely deserving win for City really pleased for Kompany with his goal so many injuries but so much commitment to come back an example to so many.
The first trophy for Pep one of many still to come I suspect congrats to all the City lads many of them have supported City through thin and thin and never expected to see anything like they are. Enjoy it fellas.
