Yeah it is impossible to think we wont breach because clubs like utd even are pinching pennies ahead of this season, many clubs are worried about failing PL rules, but we are not.
Is that because the club is confident we won’t breach? or confident in what the punishment will be?
Palmer is a surprise but it’s basically covered by what we brought in for 18 year old left back so this transfer alone isn’t madness, this one could prove to be one of the better moves.
