I didnโt think that was easy at all. We were still trying to get them back in it at the end. And until Bruno and Cunha combined for the second we were looking decidedly dodgy. And Cunha picked up after his goal happy but did virtually fuck all before it. But a special word for the second fastest man in the PL, he stunk the place out again. Finally, great header by Casemiro, but I canโt wait to see the back of him personally, massive liability.

15th March 2026 at 4:51 pm #241513@Dee – Gibbs-White is decent mate, but he is not good enough to play every week for a team with aspirations to challenge for major trophies, simple as that.

15th March 2026 at 4:53 pm #241516That’s a viral 3 points today, especially after losing at Newcastle. With Villa’s drop off and Chelsea’s really tough fixtures I reckon 10 more points will more than likely get us top 4 now.

15th March 2026 at 5:25 pm #241529jm1501-not easy at all,I said it looked much easy. And yes,Cunha before the goal was appalling,Mbeumo even worse.

15th March 2026 at 5:36 pm #241534JM – Not sure I quite see the need to always pick out someone who has had a quiet game. Mbeumo definitely been quiet for a few weeks so Carrick was right to hook him and itโs great weโve got competition for places up top. Sesko canโt stop scoring and I think Cunha will get better as well.
And I thought all of our forward players were much better than the โworld classโ Morgan Rogers. He was almost zero threat all afternoon and Carrick has once again schooled a top manager!!Is Bruno Fernandes the best player in the league this season? Must be close!

15th March 2026 at 6:48 pm #241590Great result and even better given the Liverpool result. Just need to keep going and get ourselves over the line.
No one had us even close to CL qualification in Oct, so what an effort.

15th March 2026 at 9:04 pm #241607Am happy with the result but would have loved a few more goals. Them shitbags 100% came for a niggly draw or hoping to just nick one.

15th March 2026 at 9:15 pm #241608Apparently Bruno needs 4 more assists to equal the premier league record held by Henry and De Bruyne. Itโll go to an Arsenal player when they win the league no doubt.
On separate note did anyone hear Roy Keane after the Liverpool Spurs match. I hope the board did._____________________________

16th March 2026 at 5:57 am #241612Do stop talking shite happy. Thatโs what this forum is for mate, to highlight those who played well and those that didnโt. The difference with Mbeumo is that heโs been absolutely shite for weeks. And you just canโt help having a go at Morgan Rogers and comparing him to our front three which is fine, but please try to be critical occasionally. Heโd walk into this United side. Itโs not about โall our players are good and better than everyone elseโsโ ffs.

16th March 2026 at 8:03 am #241615But he wouldn’t walk into our side based on yesterday’s performance. Who would he walk in and replace?

16th March 2026 at 8:17 am #241617@happy – You really are a fucking helmet, players get judged by their body of work over a period of time, not just a one off game. Fact is Rogers has dropped off from his earlier standards as has the rest of the Villa team because they just haven’t got the squad to compete at the highest leve twice a week, especially without several of their best players.
I first started flagging Rogers up on the old TT forum because I saw things in him that reminded me of Paul Gascoigne in his prime, and if you don’t think he would be a great addition to our team if we could get him out of Villa you really are a fucking crackpot!๐ค๐๐_____________________________

16th March 2026 at 8:31 am #241619I didn’t say that. I said based on yesterday’s performance he wouldn’t walk into our team. And the fucking irony of players being judged over a period of time rather than one off games!! Ha ha ha fuck me our players are judged every 20 minutes!!

16th March 2026 at 8:39 am #241621Based on the derby match a few weeks ago you could say not one City player would get in our fucking squad, never mind the team! It’s a ridiculously pointless comparison to make in the first place!๐๐

16th March 2026 at 9:11 am #241624Almost as pointless as writing off Mbeumo after 20 games i suppose.

16th March 2026 at 9:20 am #241625Rogers was subdued but still better than Mbeumo happy so there you go, he gets in the team.

16th March 2026 at 9:25 am #241628Mbeumo has been invisible the last few months, don’t understand why is Carrick playing him.Cunha too, but so have Mainoo and Amad! Rodgers and Onana would walk into our team, and so would Camara.

16th March 2026 at 9:30 am #241631So you’d put Rogers up front JM, as a striker? I think i’d probably go for Sesko there personally!

16th March 2026 at 9:31 am #241632@happy – Nope, because some of us warned that Mbuemo wasn’t that great before we even signed him. From what I’m hearing he just can’t last 90 minutes so ends up getting subbed off almost every game which begs the question as to how in fucks name he’s going to get on when we’ve got European football and domestic cup games to play next season?

16th March 2026 at 9:53 am #241635Didn’t see much of yesterday’s game but the result is definitely a positive. If Bruno leaves we need a 10 who won’t just create, we’ll need one who’ll work too, who’ll track back and defend the way Bruno does, and he does, and Cunha and Amad and Mbuemo do too. Yes he gives away the ball a lot but he wouldn’t have 16 assists this season if he wasn’t trying things. This team is probably not the technically most proficient team we’ve ever had but, for the most part, they’re the hardest working team we’ve had in a long time
