Didn’t watch the Spurs game but I’m keen to see what Conte can do with Kane who has been pretty average this season. He seems to be the manager who has got the best out of Lukaku so it will be interesting to see if he can do the same with Harry.
Also, surely last chance saloon for Alli with so many managers now seemingly unable to recapture that magic he once had. Crazy to think how England once rested their hopes on Alli and Wilshere!

Only watched the last half hour good first game for Conte though he’s more aware of the size of the task now.
Every chance Spurs could win the Conference League especially if Conte continues to select strong sides.

It was a very exciting game had just about everything, I think Spurs have a huge problem at the back though and in centre midfield.

HAve to agree, don’t think Skippy has much of a future in the CM role in a 3-4-3, Hodge-Podge wasn’t to bad but Skippy looked like a boy against men..
As for the CB’s, Dier was Dier was Dire, possibly the worst 65 minutes from Romero since his been at the club, not at the races at all… Davies was, surprisingly, the pick of the bunch!
The rest of the team weren’t too bad, certainly room for improvement, but the fitness levels did really seem to to drop the longer the game went on.

I suspect the form of Harry Kane was a big factor in itself in changing the manager. As if the general performances were poor anyway, you then have your biggest asset probably still being affected by the summer transfer window and then to boot, having to play more defensive type football. It *had* to change.
