Jurgen in the end walked and we Love in. The Roots and beyond badly managed. Gomez in his Tenure in reality hasn’t played. It’s not really for any need for anybody to criticize or ridicule anybody holding thoughts championing him for Captain.
Personally for me, it’s Dom, but that it’s sort of Default as I can’t find anybody else down to Departure; such is life and deal with it laa dee daa.

Top, Top, Top from Andoni Iraola, dominated the game from start to finish. Vamos amigo.
One thing is clear, with Iraola having a fresh look of the squad, with his different playing style and training methods, some youth players will emerge into the senior squad, like Rio last summer, and some previously unheralded senior players could resurrect their careers at Liverpool, possibly Elliott or Chiesa.
Now let’s win the next game.

Rob, whoever that was, need’s his head examined.
You know how I despise Liverpool signing highly injury-prone players like Gomez, Thiago and Isak.
We only have one totally fit CB, Van Dijk. While Jacquet and Leoni are both coming back from injury, and Gomez, you can never depend on him, as he’s injured far too often, and usually for long periods.
A new CB signing is a must, unless of course, Iraola deems one of our youth CBs to be ready, let’s see what happens.

The one major positive was hunger and appetite plus spirit which were the lost ingredients last year. Smile. Be Happy.
It’s going to realistically look like another Arsenal Title especially if they strengthen. I don’t know what City are going to look like. Possibly Chelsea and United will be ahead of us, so we’re looking realistically at 5th Place.
I just don’t want to lose games like the ridiculous amount we lost last season. Fewer defeats would make me really happy. We haven’t the strongest of squads based on injuries, but we can look for improvements from Isak and Wirtz.
Jacquet, Luke Chambers and Ndiaye our alternatives to play central outside Van Dijk and Leoni. Gomez has suffered unfortunately an injury blow.

The call for Gomez to be VC is one of the silliest takes we’ve seen for a while. Either that or just engagement farming.

Indeed Harry, admire Joe’s commitment to the cause but a VC needs to be available most of the time and Joe isn’t. He can’t play two games a week (on top of training) and when fit you know he’s only a game or two away from going down again.

Need 2nd and 3rd choice ideally; Be between Virgil, Ali and Dom. It was good when we had Milli, and Hendo, but this is the thing, we’re full circle now so it’s essentially a phase of rebuilding.
