There will be awareness raised on Mental Health which I feel is a great platform to bring it out into the open as there are many men out there in society suffering from it.
Being a Great Place To Work Rep in my work place is one of the things I’m focusing myself to bring people together and getting colleagues to understand what individuals go through and where they can go to seek Help.

Watched most of the Utd game. Not great.
I dont think they had a shot on goal but I may have missed itCity youngsters did well today. 17 year old CB. Foden was the man of the match. Best game I saw was Rochdale v Newcastle. Rochdale did really well and played some good football.

Wolves v United was a really poor game not helped by both sides fielding scratch teams though in fairness they won’t be alone in doing that but in doing so to protect the players they’ve now got another game which both clubs could do without.
No shots on target from United and only two shots on target from Wolves tells its own story.

Disappointed with the Liverpool team. They may win but I believe the FA Cup and viewers deserve better. I have no issues resting some players but not all.
