I didn’t think it was a penalty. Alisson didn’t hinder the shot as it was played without issue and didn’t hinder the player getting on the end of it either as there was zero chance of that hsppening.
I had German commentary on who are most likely less biased than what you have in the UK and they said multiple times that is was no way a penalty.
