BTW songman if you would understand budgets and amortization which you should as you are a accountant, then you should realize that with increased revenue we can afford bigger players like Isak and Barcola, the club does not need to make a profit every season, we actually need to spend money so we get players and a contract like Barcola´s is paid over 5 years so that is 20 million a year for the next five years. Plus clauses which nobody minds paying if the player actually succeeds. The worst thing this club can do is run a profit on its accounts as that means we do not spend money and pay more tax. You fail to realize this is a football club that is meant to win trophies, while you want profits for some reason!
