I think a good thing about Iraola was his decision to leave Bournemouth. He knew he’d taken them as far as he could and is clearly ambitious – not willing to just sit comfortably in the same job again. His demeanour also seems one of confidence in himself, calmness but also a cheerfulness about him which I think helps.
