Frank failed because he had a small club tactical style that would never work at Spurs.
Potter failed because he went from a stable, close-knit enviroment at Brighton to the land of the loonies at Chelsea, with way too big a squad to handle.
Rodgers failed, although was pretty close to a title, because of his ego.
My main concern with Iraola is he will see many more teams sit back in a low block and nullify his style a lot more at Liverpool than Bournmouth, but that applies to any coach. But I dont think he is a one trick manager, I think he can mix it up when needed, like utilising the wings more etc.
Just glad to be rid of the Van Bronckhorst horseshoe!
And he will be a coach not a manager which I dont like, especially with our two above him.
