For Arnie, the justification for him staying on would be this season chalked off as a ‘free hit’ for winning last season (I nearly used the word handsomely!!)
Not so long ago Konate was deemed as a beast. What’s happened to him this season to justify a new deal? Maybe he’s human and allowed a bad season.
I’m not clouded by Van Dijk’s header. He’s slowing down so Leoni definitely is the vision forward and anybody else to forge a new central defence partnership.
