@happy, Do we need a ‘keeper? Lammens is good and seems to be improving, Vitek will most likely be back as well, he seems to be maturing nicely. Although, neither will be happy to be a No. 2. We maybe need a 31/32 year old who would be happy to be a 2nd or 3rd choice but is a decent keeper at the same time.
€100m for Yan Diomande? I’d rather pay the same sum, although Everton aren’t looking for that much, for Illiman N’Diaye, at least we know what he can do in the PL. Diomande could be another one of those players who rips it up in Bundesliga but can’t hack it in the PL (Jadon Sancho anyone). Also RBL only paid about £14m for him last summer, fuck right off you shower of cunts.
There’s a big difference between metrics and reality. Yes, they should be an indicator but they’re not the be all and end all when it comes to decision making. In terms of physical presence I’d rather Anderson over Wharton. Also you have to take into account that Forest are a complete shitshow this season while Palace (until recently) were doing ok.
