Seems like Wharton comes out on top of almost all metrics when compared with Anderson at Forest. Passes forward, interceptions, duals won, passing under pressure – all that bollocks. Wharton is a lot of the time the no.1 on the metric in the league. Nearly always top 5. Whereas Anderson comes in at around 20th or 30th for a lot of these midfield attribute metrics.
It’s a hugely important transfer this one and they absolutely have to get it right in the summer. Surely they’ve seen enough of Baleba to rule him out now. Must be between the other 2 and both City & Liverpool are sniffing around as well.
Sounds like we might pick up a left winger, lots of rumours around this Yan Diomande fella. A goal keeper because Onana is definitely leaving according to Fabrizio. But from the reports it seems we’ll be picking up a few squad players in different positions with the full focus on central midfield – and maybe we’ll buy 2 of them.
At least JM will finally be happy!
