Well from what i know, the top-top people are ‘off the wall’ furious and fingers are getting pointed…Edwards and Hughes are taking a lot of flak and Slot currently is being used as their cover, but hes gone.
Alsonso and the top-top people dont see Edwards and Hughes there much longer as they only have 18 months on their contracts.
Alsonso wants this as a long term project, so having people in charge that’ll be controlling him for the short-term would make no sense.
The DoF type role just doesnt work for me, its too easy to pass the blame to the manager.
Wholesale changes are needed, the shifting sands on contracts is wild currently, worst of all is we’re now at a point where we have to offer huge wages to keep player, the desire to stay has gone and they need riding to stay.
Robbo didnt want to leave, but has had enough, Mac is propervfed up, Konate is done, Grav isnt happy, Mo, well we know that one, chiesa, Rio and Trey feel betrayed from what they was told….this is a very, very unhappy camp.
As for the reason to the ‘lockdown’, it is because there is ‘open warfare’ between Edeards, backed up by Hughes and the Top-tops.
