You must mean West Ham United, because if it was the that mob who’s bottom got spanked by my Spuds last night, I reckon you’re on the sauce….. and I don’t mean HP!!
Anyway, I’m still waiting for everybody to start playing the “Not the Team They Used to Be!” record, heard frequently after the Spuds beat Madrid… and Dortmund… and LiVARpool…. which I guess makes Newport County the best team in Europe!! 🙂

Spuds were linked with Isco about 4 years ago, tried to get as part of the Bale deal if I recall so that kinda makes this whole thread basically wrong and somewhat misguided with regards to those who’ve just caught up…

Goldie… my boys were good, I wouldn’t say great, but YooUtd didn’t offer much at all, especially in the second half, and I think they started with pretty much their best 11 with possibly the exception of Bailly at CB.
