Maguire is too slow. That’s probably why OGS paired him with Bailly, even if the guy can’t play two games in a row without getting injured again. Maguire isn’t bad, but he needs a quick partner in that central defence, and of course he isn’t worth what United paid for him.
OGS getting the sack? Could and perhaps should happen. But not before a proper replacement is found.
Pogba should only get half of his pay as he doesn’t want to defend. And clearly he can only play in a succesfull side with proper leaders. He can’t get going when the going is tough._____________________________

Poch the obvious choice. Will get them organised, harder to beat, develop the players, etc. Wonβt guarantee any trophies but will lay a better foundation than Solksjaer has. Allegri for me is quite defensive and Utd have sort of been there with Mourinho. Nagelsmann still only 33, would be hell of a gamble for someone untested in the league and the board will no doubt want to play safe at the moment. Ancelotti would have been a good call, but that ship has sailed.

Nagelsmann may be only 33, but he has Leipzig play some good stuff and they’re a very good side. Of course United is something completely different being a much bigger club with much more pressure while being run so badly it’s almost comical.
It’s hard to see who can really turn it around.
