The French league is not really watched all over the world like the EPL and to a lesser extent Le Liga so why would Neymar go to a country where there is far less exposure and fame, is it money? he already has more than enough money to have whatever he wishes. What he will earn in a week is more than some of us will earn for a retirement plan even if you have been working your whole life.
