Most clubs seem to be capable of adopting their managers style of play, besides from United. Van gaal, Jose, Ole, Ragnick and now Ten Hag all have struggled to adopt their style of play.
You can only point the finger towards the players who just don’t have the right attitude. Ragnick said he had to stop how he wanted United to play after 1 game because the players were not good enough.
United have employed 4 different managers with 4 different style of play, resulting in a disjointed recruitment and squad. United still have players who Van Gaal signed.
It is going to take years to fix this.
