Happy Fourth-coming Weekend
We need Good Weather 🙂
Manchester Derby I see as ‘the’ standout game. I honestly believe even if Manchester City were to lose this, it will barely be a surface scratch. Another win means a step closer and sooner mathematically.
The chasing pack I’d imagine would prefer a City win. United themselves would benefit more towards securing Top 4, though in good stead to finish as Runners Up.
Other matches of course to look forward to.
11am Saturday to get in Team Entries for This Weekend. Not a great deal of those left, so let’s be making the most 🙂

having watched many many Derby games I would never speculate on the outcome, they are one off games, Players will be up for it. I just hope there will be a good Ref and VAR is not needed because on the recent performances it is shambolic. I would hate to see another game ruined

Last week I enjoyed our game. We could have won by 4 or 5 easily.
I’m not overly bothered about particularly aiming for Top 4. We’ll end up setting up for a fall. I’ve changed my mindset and attitude and accepted our downfall.
I just want us to enjoy playing, and trying to win back to back games, which we haven’t achieved for a while.

Still think Liverpool will get something from this game probably too many changes but that means the bench is very strong and we’ll see the likes of Mane very early in the second half if not at ht.

I would have thought 4-4-2 would be a no brainer. The observation made about Trent’s crosses being missed, but 4-4-2 breeds orthodox playing positions and natural width.
Nobody looks too happy playing. A lot of spirit and lost confidence.

Not for a minute that I’m suggesting it yet, but I don’t think a change of manager would make any major difference. The team just needs the end of the season to come now so it can reset. Best we can hope for now is Jota to start banging in a few goals in, lift general confidence a bit, and then limp to the end of the season.
