I think a lot’s been spoken about, needlessly too for that matter when a Manager needs time to settle in his own capacity of the job and getting to know everything about the club and the surroundings including of course the players.
Hazard leaving was a massive void which for me is a lost identity.
What’s struck me is at the moment there are lots of players that need more time to establish themselves. Any identity would be centered around the more long serving players and ones in which are regular starters.
The new Manager needs to formulate what he feels to be his best 11 but consider his longer serving players.

Good win for The Blues, first half as I said at half time was excellent, thought they were a bit slower going forward second half, old habits die hard, but you could then see the players then trying to up the pace again when they realised it. Work off the ball was really good, far more energy from the players as a whole. All in all a good showing for Tommy Tickle’s proper first game.
Nil as for Hazard, he needed to leave, Chelsea had started to play like an under 10s side with the tactic being just pass the ball to your best player and let him do his magic.
Overall a good day for Chelsea, with the ladies currently 4-0 up against Spurs and on course to go 3 points clear in the league…..Pagan
