Last night my wife and eldest flew with Easyjet from Manchester to Belfast. While waiting for take off two people a few rows back started smoking in their seats. When they were asked by the stewardess to put the cigarettes out they refused and then after a repeated request they stubbed one out on the stewardess’s hand! Needless to say the plane immediately returned to the terminal and they were escorted off into the hands of the Police. The flight was then delayed as there bags were removed. How did they firstly think they could get away with brazenly smoking and secondly they then bizarrely commited assault in front of dozens of witnesses. Clearly didn’t fly and likley spent the night in a cell having been charged. Not logic explains their behaviour. Then you see Carragher doing something equally stupid just not as dangerous.
