Nearly here, and with news that Cuti is out for 4/5 weeks with a dodgy hammy, bloody hoping we have a CB, or 2, or 3 lined up….
Can see a lot of loans going on, with quite a few teams missing a few players in Jan for the AFCON & ASIA cups…

Sean, I wasn’t that bothered by it at the time but I read his comments about his motivations for heading there again earlier… it’s so cringeworthy.
Just admit that you went there for the money.But ya, no interest in having him back and I think he’s burned his bridges with Klopp.
Chucky, I think Werner will be a very good signing for ye, if he’s used right. I don’t think he’s going to be your main goal threat but he could work well in the build-up. He’s a good player, he’s just not clinical, so no number 9 jersey, bassically.

Warner was clinical in his first stint with RBL because he wasn’t used in the build up because he isn’t that sort of player. He’s a counter attacking teams dream but never expect him to drop deep and get too involved. Chelsea never played to his strengths and his confidence plummeted.
Not sure he is what spurs need. He’s more suited to a low block, direct counter type team.

Well, I’d play Werner as an inside forward. I wouldn’t have him as an out and out striker. If he is then I’d be playing 2 up top.

Goodbye Eric… an often maligned player who isn’t as bad as people like to make out (I’m sure most of it is because he’s surname is Dier and it’s not a “hard” joke to make).
At least he’ll end up with a couple of medals to show for it, no doubt.

Some individuals are just wired up for creature comforts and the habitat they are used to and that type of a lifestyle. No salary can buy that. It’s more of a ‘holiday’ and then you realize the grass really isn’t greener elsewhere.
Something also apparently to do one of gents taking the Plymouth job that had a good relationship with Hendo. I must say I’m disappointed from one perspective and with Gerrard; I thought the pair were better.
Anyway we’ve lost Fabio Carvalho on loan to Hull. Seems like Klopp doesn’t want him.
