Very true. Lucky, Pep has great respect for the game and those directly involved . After the Ole saga has finished the media will line up the next scapegoat, that is how they earn a living, I would rather sweep the streets.
Crystal Palace….last kick off at normal 15.00 time we played Palace they won!!! We have to play at our best to day or they will win_____________________________

I think City have made a massive error by not bringing in a proper striker, it’s not only about scoring goals but also to hold up play and all the attributes a striker brings to a team.

Rover..we could also pay for a striker who does not score enough goals!!! No doubt we need somebody fresh up front but for all the comments about City not having a striker, we have not been doing that badly. The only thing that interest me is how many points we have at the end of the season, what happens to other teams is there concern, I am not sure we will win EPL this year but we will not be far off

Decent performance from City without hitting there best, need to be better for Saturday. Stones very unlucky with the o.g. Cancello I find frustrating, he was brilliant to night, just has these odd lapses of concentration at times, as does Laporte but it will be Stones/Dias combination again for Saturday Please Sterling got a goal and hope it helps him in future.

Sean..he is still finding his way in what must be a complete change of playing. He has not been bad in any match but we know he has to lift himself a little more and be the game changer Pep thinks he is. I would like to see him shoot more at goal because he gets into good positions then decides to pass for somebody else to have a go. I think he will be OK later, he is a good footballer, that is not in doubt

Sean, no fault of the player but at Villa he was the team, at City he is amongst some very good players in a squad make up. That is why he needs to uplift his game to this level and I am sure he will do it. Reminds me of an ex City player, Roy Clarke, a left winger who could dribble and score goals

Brian, Pep has said several times that City need to buy a proper striker whether they can do that in January or will more likely have to wait until the Summer is the question.

I think they may go with a low cost striker January and go for an established one in the summer….. Nine I think we need one but are managing without one as well, the operative word being….managing.

Lots of rumours flying around at the moment, I guess we are in a fortunate position in some ways but I would like to see at least one fresh face. I would also like to see, Palmer McAtee and a couple of others given a chance and even Steffen in goal. I hope we do not loose any of these very promising youngsters

Nine…a good win for your ladies to day, we have struggled all season, just too many injured players out long term. Two goalkeepers captain Houghton Lucy Bronze Chloe Kelly and others, you just cannot replace that lot and it would have made a better game but I think our ladies did try and make a game of it despite th score line. You should win title comfortably now, cannot see anyone stopping you

Brian, your ladies did really well in the first half, just two howlers in the first and last minutes. Second half was more even despite the score line, you just didn’t really create clear cut opportunities.
As for winning the league, Arsenal are still looking good despite dropping points today…………Pagan

Brian. yes I saw that. I did channel surf when I was watching the T 20 Final and saw Chelsea ladies were 4 nil up at City.
Hand on heart I struggle to get too interested in ladies football.
Good for the Club though one point behind Arsenal now at the top of the table and Chelsea are on a good winning run. Cheers 9’s

Nine…at this stage the Ladies game is either very good or poor. There are some very good skilful players. What I like best is that they get on with the game more than men, no, or very little play acting, rolling about in perceived agony. etc etc. That is to the games credit. I am sure it will develop further and it will be entertaing . The officials will have to keep pace with the development though there could be a weakness there.Good teams are well worth watching
