Early KO today at turf moor. Silva obviously a doubt sadly for the knock he took midweek. Hope Laporte starts and Bernardo Silva. Aguero upfront again and Diaz on the bench. Wonder which of our players will be on the end of the two footed assaults today? Barnado Silva or possibly KDB he’s the usual target. I think Martin Atkinson is the ref today probably the best of a poor bunch so hopefully he will do his job unlike the rest of the spineless clueless fools weve had the past few months and crack down on the hacking from the Burnley players. Should win this regardless just hope we come out of it unscathed.

I always think this sort of game is a tough one. Burley at home will be out to stop us any way they can. I dont think Silva will play and possibly not Stones.

Deserved draw for Burnley. They played football and got a deserved point. Didn’t click for us today. Gundog doesn’t appear to do/create much apart from slow the play down for me, hes no David Silva thats for sure, he creates so little and that showed in the second half. The Sterling miss was really poor and no doubt the media will make alot out of it and the Scousers will use it to say he’s rubbish. But I think people need to look at in the context of the season he is having which is excellent. Doubt there is a player who has scored more match winning goals this season than him. Not really impressed with Pep not picking another young player on the bench. Stupid point if he’s trying to make out we have alot of injuries. He promoted Lukas Nmecha to the first team so why not put him on the bench. Annoying to drop points as wanted to win it before United turned up at the Etihad so Mouriniho had to clap us on the pitch ?. Oh well never mind.

2 points dropped but credit to Burnley for playing 4=4=2 and giving us a game When I am listening to the match and Sterling’s name pops up I never expect anything, however, you cannot take away the effort and goals he has actually scored but he needs practise ….in the head…to keep composure at times like this. It is not lack of ability or skill but he needs to be clinical, if he cannot do this he will not be a starter in Peps team next season. It costs us to day but you have to account for his late winning goals as well but Raheem….please improve

Good effort by Burnley and a draw v City is like a win.?
Burnley deserved that based on their second half performance but City should have been well gone and out of sight by then.
2 points dropped by City but they have plenty up their sleeve. City imo missed both Silva and Sane and don’t look quite the same team without the little magician and although they played some lovely football I’m not sure they are quite at the level they were and they will need to get back to that level if they’re going to have a real chance of winning the CL.
