@sean thank you for replying, i personally expect a champions league place as a bare minimum… what with having wirtz, barcola and isak you wouldnt expect anything less.
But if we do come 6th and we see major progression in players making it from the youth system to the first team(koumas, abe, nyoni a bare minimum), i would be still very happy. Klopp didnt make top 4 in his first season and barely made it top 4 the following season… but you could see big improvements in the squad.
From my experience Unfortunately most people cannot enjoy football if the results are not there… deffo if we are behind early on(which has become a trademark for 3 seasons now).
