IMO I think we now need to accept the FSG and Hughes screwed LFC over this window and hope that there is a good few months ahead for the boss.
1892 showed they were willing to get involved when needed, helping push the Barcola deal through when it was clearly going in the wrong direction.
How true the rumour is that 1892 want to be in full control by the new year is, I hope it is. FSG have clearly checked out, and have been for a while, they got their money and off to do something else…adios!
