Sean I think things like work rate an intensity could take half a season before we see a noticeable difference. What you can see already are the players less likely to recycle it back along the back line, they are already looking forward more with their passes. But overall a lot of last seasons issues exist especially the space between the midfield and the forever retreating VvD.
Regarding Endo, it’s who I would play for some aggression in certain matches, not who I think Iraola would play. But of all our midfielders I’ve seen including pre season it’s only Nyoni I’ve been impressed with. Disciplined and willing to play line splitting passes.
