Zirkzee is a good player but the pace of the PL doesn’t suit him. Juve wanted Zirkzee but we weren’t willing to let him go on loan with an option to buy, it had to be a straight up sale or a loan with an obligation to buy. Clearly INEOS didn’t want to get burned like we did with Rashford again.
