We presumably hired in the role of a Coach (as JobTitle). So when the player points out, I need XYZ, surely with that he’s thought about the different Types and Ilks required or that we have dwindled over a handful of years.
If the SD Or SD’s are hands on with Recruitment and all the wheeling and dealing, surely they would allow suggestions and propositions brought forward giving the full backing and overseeing largely the financial aspect and the terms and conditions of the player’s contract.
If there are and have been hierarchy/power struggles, this would have reflected with the way the last 2 years have panned out. And I’m talking whilst we were still under Jurgen’s watch. Edwards walked and Slot was fired.
